Turn Around Time

Current TAT is 5-7 business days after your order has been placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Local Pickup 

You have 14 business days to pick up your Local Pickup in Manchester. After 14 business days you will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. 

Shipping

All products are shipped through USPS and UPS. Once I have shipped your items you should receive an update via email with tracking. I am not responsible for items damaged by USPS or UPS shipping, I package my bath treats well to prevent possible breakage by rough handling. I have included Route Insurance as an option to cover lost, stolen, or damaged items. 

Refunds/Cancellations/Exchanges 

I do not accept refunds or cancellations once your order is placed. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival please email me within 48 hours of receiving it.


Disclaimers

Bubble & Fizz Bath Treats is not responsible for any damaged products after they have left our possession, we pack our boxes to handle rough conditions but some things are beyond our control.  Bath Treats can crack during shipment but will still work the same. 
Do NOT consume any part of our product. 
Keep out of reach of children 
Bubble & Fizz Bath Treats is not responsible for mis-use of our product.
Bath treats contain oils that can make surfaces slippery, please use caution.

Not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen once the package has been turned over to USPS or UPS.
